Member Aaron Starz is doing a pulled pork and grilled chicken with mashed potatoes, roll, and coffee. Two members are bringing milk so we should have enough this time. The banquet will be held Saturday night. Doors open at 8:30 AM for setup. We are in need of people to help setup the tables and chairs. Most of the ones that have been doing it are no longer able to physically do it. Merchandise will be setup by 9 AM with all the new items for your Christmas shopping experience. Also a whole lot of visiting and catching up with each other before the catered meal at noon. The business meeting will convene after the meal. There is much to cover at this annual meeting along with the election of three board members. If you are interested in serving on the board just let Bill know. We are in need of new board members as most on there have served for 6 to 10 years or more. When that happens then the club becomes stagnant. New ideas are needed. First will be the Rice County Steam and Gas Engines, Inc. August 30, 31, and September 1, 2019. They are located just outside of Dundas, MN. Second will be at the Atwater Threshing Days. September 7th & 8th, 2019. They are 1/2 mile east of Atwater on Hwy. 12.
